This game gets adventurers who are sick of going to the same places to find new places to explore
The Adventurers Edition is our original Getting Lost Game and is the perfect starter pack for people wanting to find hidden gems of the beaten track, while exploring their backyard. And yes, you can play it anywhere in the world.
It contains 26 “misdirection cards” which give you random directions (things like turn left, follow a blue car, head in the direction the wind is blowing) to get you being mindfully random in your exploration.

As with all our games we get ideas and feedback from our Getting Lost crew on Facebook, subscribers to our e-mails, purchasers and players of our games.
Our cards measures 91mm x 55mm. They have misdirection cards on one side and NZ and Australian locations (known as our inspiration cards) on the other side. All these locations can be found on our blog so its perfect for a little holiday inspiration and dreaming.
Want to customise your game? You can add mini compass or grab one of our suitcases in your favourite colour. Our suitcases fit 45 cards and are great for combining packs and taking them out and about.

Bought it as a gift for someone and have not used it yet, or heard back from the giftee. However, given the barrage of emails received from this company since I made a purchase (even after unsubscribing once), I am beginning to regret the purchase.

We brought four packs and combined them all and went for two days one night, we ended up going to our home town and had alot of fun along the way too, would highly recommend this game to anyone

I bought two of these sets, one for my family and one for a friend. I thought it would just be kind of a silly novelty gift - fun once and then we'd never do it again. Boy was I wrong! This was super fun and my kids, 13 and 18, had a great time. They even decided that we should start driving to neighboring towns to start playing there! My friend and his husband are well traveled and have been all over the world. It's hard to think of gifts for them because they have been everywhere and done everything! But this was a huge hit. At first they were kind of skeptical and were polite about it, but I could tell they weren't thinking it would be any fun. I got a call about two weeks after giving it to them saying they absolutely loved it!
So it has officially been approved by tweens, teens, and the 35-45 set. You won't regret getting a set to keep in your car!

We gave it a go and had some fun - seemed to go in circles a little bit - we are thinking might be a great fun game to do when away in an unfamiliar town - but the test drive was great!!!!
Thanks so much for the review. If you do get stuck in a loop the best thing to do is to grab a 'follow a car' card and that usually breaks you out of the loop!
