This game gets women who are up for a bit of a laugh to go on a crazy, unplanned adventure with the girls

Your distance will be determined by who you have in the car and how many exes, sisters or kids they have, plus a selection of random directions we'll throw at you. You'll be stopping to go down slides, buying each other a random outfit at a thrift shop that you have to wear the whole day and choosing where you stop for a drink by the colour of the top the driver is wearing.  You'll have laughed, eaten, drunk and had that kind of fun that only happens on the best of girls trips.  Even who shouts the next round of drinks or dinner will be decided by the cards.

The directions are designed so they can be played in what ever country you are in around the world.

More information

Stop putting off that weekend away with the girls because you can't decide where to go!  The Getting Lost Girls Road Trip Edition requires no planning at all.  Just grab your favourite group of girls, jump in the car, shuffle the cards and start drawing the cards to find out where you'll end up and where you'll stop on the way.

Designed by us with help and suggestions from our Getting Lost crew on Facebook and subscribers to our e-mails (special thanks to Felicia, Jordan, Diane, Sarah, Claire, Micah, Jaimee, Gill, Teri, Anne, Sarah, Vanessa and Heidi who have had their misdirection suggestions included in this very special edition of the Getting Lost Game plus the literally hundreds of you who have all contributed your thoughts and suggestions).

Our cards measures 91mm x 55mm. They have misdirection cards on one side and NZ and Australian locations (known as our inspiration cards) on the other side. All these locations can be found on our blog so its perfect for a little holiday inspiration and dreaming.

Want to customise your game? You can add mini compass or grab one of our suitcases in your favourite colour. Our suitcases fit 45 cards and are great for combining packs and taking them out and about.

Please remember to play the game responsibly and make sure that you stay safe and able to get yourself back home at all times.  If you have any other questions please e-mail us at cat@gettinglost.co.nz

I bought this for my daughter and her friends, I love this idea and they will have a blast doing it, the only ones I don’t are the expensive ones where not many would be able to afford. Maybe buy the cheapest drink for the person on your right, or everyone pitch in to buy the quietest person in the car a shot lol many wouldn’t be able to afford the cost of things. Maybe some more fun joint things and more funny things to do along the way that don’t cost money. We used to have to ring someone from the nearest phone booth or stop and buy 6 milk bottle lollies from the next dairy. Try at get a wave from the people in the car beside you at the next set of lights. Come up with girls or boys names from the first letter of the number plate in front of you. ??? Fun stuff that doesn’t cost so much would be more fun for those that can’t afford it

Getting Lost

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my daughter. So I have no idea yet if she likes it or not.

Thanks for taking the time to write a review. Hope your daughter loves it.

For the cost of the pack, I think the quality is a bit poor. I also think that the “pay for everyone” cards should be replaced with something else. Not everyone is in a financial position to do so. I will be taking those cards out of my pack. I also think that the instructions are a bit repetitive- “go x amount of kilometres according to x”. I think there could be a bit more imagination used.

Thanks so much for the feedback. It's a hard balance making a game that suits everyone but we will definitely take that feedback on board.
