Getting Lost is a real business staffed by real people! We make and send our games from Auckland, NZ. There’s me (Cat – owner & inventor), my husband James, my sister Jo (who handles all our Operations), cousin Alice (who runs our accounts and keeps us in line) plus an army of local teenagers (including our own kids) who help us make our games.

It sucks when you can't get in touch with someone at a company when you need to. I read and reply to every e-mail that comes through but occasionally they may go to spam or if I’m busy it may take me a few days to get back to you.
